| They are trained realtors and are dedicated to providing you with highest

are ready to devote their attention to your particular real

Walter & Camille Morris are not new to
being a team, they have been married for 19 years and have three
wonderful children. Ventura County is their home. They live, work, and play within our
communities. Their parents, siblings, and other extended
families also live close by in the county.
This year, they are a multi-million dollar producer earning
recognition as Top Producing Agent, Top Listing Agent, and Top Selling
Agent. For 2006, they were voted by their peers as Agent of the Year for
their overall production, professionalism, and willingness to help others in
their success in their career.

Walter is a certified member of the Board
of Realtors, a Certified Advertising
Specialist, and is a member of the Board of Directors for
the Specialty Advertising Association of California.
His 20 years experience in the promotional products industry includes
representing a wholesale clothing distributorship for
California, Nevada, and Arizona, managing the Los
Angeles office for one of the largest firms in the
country, and owned and operated an advertising specialty
distributorship and full service screen shop in Oxnard. |
| Camille is a certified member of the
Board of Realtors and has been in the marketing and
event coordination field for over a dozen years as well
as having been in the purchasing and negotiations arena
for one of the largest mail-order tool companies in the
country. She has mastered event planning and tradeshow
coordination within several industries. |

| For the business community, they are doing their part for
the economic growth of the county. They have been
involved in chamber functions and activities as a board member
or as active participants in chamber activities such as the
Business Expo for the Camarillo Chamber of Commerce or other
activities in Oxnard.
They love Ventura County and believe that making a
difference to someone is what life is all about. As a team,
they are involved in community service projects
throughout the county in several ways such as starting several
Junior Chamber of Commerce (Jaycees) chapters including
Oxnard, Camarillo, Simi Valley, Thousand Oaks, and Carpinteria,
as well as coordinated two major disaster relief
campaigns during the Tijuana floods and the Kolbe, Japan
earthquake relief. They have been actively involved in several
non-profit organizations and fundraisers for organization such
as the Ventura County Crime Stoppers, American Diabetes,
Americana Cancer Society, ARC Ventura County, Casa Pacifica,
Food Share, Make a Wish Foundation, Boys & Girls Club of
Oxnard/Port Hueneme, and many others. At church, they have
administered the Junior High religious education program,
co-chair the annual International Festival, and are active
members of the parish council and other ministries.

| They are also very involved in their children’s lives
through school and outside activities which include School
Site Council, PTA or PFSO memberships, to coaching or as team
parents in sports activities. When asked how we
work so well together, the answer is simple, do what you
believe is right and be Best Friends. |

Their oldest daughter, Dawn, is at Pacifica High School. She enjoys Volleyball, Science,
and spending as much time as she can with her girlfriends. Her goal
is to enter a world renowned university and enter the medical field. |

| Darlene "DarStar" is at Emilie Ritchen School. She enjoys creative writing, all
kinds of sports, piano, and making her friends laugh. She likes the
idea of playing Monopoly for a living. |
| Walter Penn is following close behind both his sister's footsteps. He charms
everyone around him and enjoys reading, spelling and math games with
his father. |
